This also applies to the digitalization of state-of-the-art pump systems according to the Industry 4.0 standard. The best example of this is our innovative pump control system bplogic, which can be easily configured without any programming knowledge.

Use of the bplogic on a CNC machining center. The predictive maintenance of the bplogic pump controller makes it easy to determine the state of wear of the pumps used. This prevents malfunctions and service planning and runtime estimates can be derived in an uncomplicated manner.

Use of bplogic on a CNC machining center. With the bplogic, an energy consumption analysis can be carried out quickly and conveniently. The bplogic takes over a monitoring of all operating data of the connected pumps via long-term logging (incl. CSV export) and includes operating hours counters and current consumption displays.

- Description
The logic module of the bplogic offers the possibility to realize additional customer-specific functions on the pump control without programming knowledge, for example to control motor contactors or to detect averages of pipelines. The extended control functions are made possible by the integration of an editor on the digital interface of the bplogic.

The immersion pumps of the STH series use closed impellers in order to minimize power consumption and to optimize hydraulic pump efficiencies. The STH series offers high pressures at short immersion depths.
